That means ensuring every room, every villa, and every corner of every Tropical Kasbah property is in its finest condition thoughtfully maintained and ready to deliver the kind of experience guests carry home with them.It means continuing to invest in our team the people who show up every day and make this place come alive. When our team thrives, our guests feel it. That connection is everything.Growth means nothing if what you already have is not at its best. So for now, we focus. We deepen. We refine. Each of our locations has its own personality — here’s a quick feel for what to expect.
Kintamani is perfect for peaceful moments with the people you love, with everyday views of majestic Mount Batur, its black volcanic rock, and the lake. Whether you’d rather stay in or head out exploring, we’ve got you covered — cook up something nice in our fully equipped kitchen, settle in for a movie night, or unwind in our jacuzzi and sauna. Feeling adventurous? Try a sunrise trek up Mount Batur, wander through the local village, soak in nearby hot springs, or check out some of the viral cafés and restaurants close by.
Ubud Central puts you right in the heart of it all — walking distance to Ubud’s art market, temples, cafés, and restaurants. Love to shop? You’re steps from a shopping district filled with well-loved Bali fashion and lifestyle brands. And while you’re there, be sure to stop by GINGERBALI, our sister brand!
Ubud Surroundings is what our guests love to call our “forest collection” — tucked into greenery in the local village of Mas, with direct access to a small river and rice fields. Even so, you’re still just minutes from minimarts, cafés, and other popular spots.
Umalas is for guests who want a taste of Bali’s modern lifestyle. Sitting right between Seminyak, Petitenget, Canggu, and Pererenan, it’s the perfect base if you’re planning to hop between beach clubs and some of Bali’s best cafés and restaurants.

5. Do you offer tours or activity bookings?
We’re currently working on partnering with local activity providers, so stay tuned! In the meantime, check out our “Experience” tab for ideas, or simply let our team know what you’re interested in — we’re always happy to point you in the right direction.
6. Is the property easy to reach from the airport?
It really depends on which location you’re staying at, plus traffic on the day. We’d recommend checking your navigation app shortly before or as you arrive.
7. Is smoking allowed?
We’d love for you to enjoy your smoke break outdoors — smoking indoors isn’t allowed, mainly for fire safety.
8. Are pets allowed?
At the moment, we’d recommend leaving your furry friends at home, as our villas aren’t quite set up to host them yet.
9. Is there an age restriction for children?
We welcome guests of all ages at most of our properties! That said, a few villas — like Omara in Kintamani and Ksar in Ubud Surroundings — are reserved for guests aged 8 and above. These spots sit in more remote, natural surroundings, so this policy simply helps keep everyone safe and comfortable, especially where a bit more awareness of your surroundings goes a long way.
10. What's your policy on visitors or non-registered guests?
Only registered guests are welcome to stay, based on the guest count listed in your booking.
11. Do you accept long-term stays?
Absolutely — just reach out to our team directly for long-term stay inquiries.
12. Do you accept group bookings?
Yes, we do! In fact, several of our properties — especially in Ubud Surroundings — are designed for group stays of 4+ guests, letting you combine a few villas together for the whole crew.
13. Do you host events?
To keep things comfortable for all our guests, we’re not able to host events of any kind just yet.
